Herbert Brown II is a native of Charleston, South Carolina.  Growing up in the south is something that he takes great comfort in.  With a Bachelor’s in Music Education from South Carolina State University, he was ready to teach the world.  There was just one problem: He didn’t have a teaching job.  Fast forwarding three years later, he relocated to the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, where he has resided for the past nine years.  He is currently a middle school music teacher, and loves the challenges that each day brings.  He also teaches percussion and vocal lessons, in addition to producing music in his spare time away from school.  Herbert is also an avid movie-goer.  His favorite movie is “About A Boy”, directed by brothers Chris and Paul Weitz, starring Hugh Grant.  Romantic Comedy is his favorite type of movies.
